Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Since we specialize in heavy-duty excavator parts (from small seal kits to heavy hydraulic pumps), we offer tiered shipping options:
• Small/Lightweight Parts: Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on real-time rates from DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
• Heavy/Oversized Components: For heavy items like final drives, engine assemblies, or hydraulic pumps, standard express rates can be high. We recommend contacting our team for a customized sea or air freight quote to get the most economical rate.
• Customs & Duties: Please note that shipping charges do not include local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Pro Tip: To get an accurate shipping estimate, please add items to your cart and enter your address, or contact us directly for a bulk shipping discount.
How long will delivery take?
The total delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. It is calculated as: Processing Time + Transit Time.
• Processing Time: * In-stock items: Dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Special orders (e.g., specific engine parts): May take 7-10 business days to prepare.
• Transit Time (Estimated):
• Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 5-8 business days worldwide. (Best for urgent repairs).
• Standard Air Freight: 10-15 business days.
• Sea Freight: 30-50 days depending on your port. (Best for heavy hydraulic pumps or bulk orders).
Please Note: Delivery times may be extended by customs clearance procedures in your country. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the real-time status of your package.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you complete your purchase, our team follows a professional 4-step process to ensure you receive the correct parts for your machinery:
1. Order Verification & Compatibility Check
Within 24 hours, our technicians review your order. If you provided an Engine Serial Number (ESN) or Machine Model, we will double-check that the part (hydraulic pump, engine kit, etc.) is 100% compatible with your equipment. If we have any doubts, we will contact you immediately.
2. Quality Inspection & Packaging
Your parts are pulled from our warehouse and undergo a strict quality inspection. We then use export-standard packaging (heavy-duty boxes or reinforced wooden crates for hydraulic components) to prevent damage during international transit.
3. Dispatch & Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track the shipment. For sea freight orders, we will provide the Bill of Lading (B/L) and relevant shipping documents.
4. Customs & Delivery
The courier will handle the transit. For international orders, you may be contacted by local customs or the courier for duty payments. Once cleared, the part is delivered directly to your workshop or job site.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can easily access and download your receipt through the following steps:
1. In Your Account: Log in to your account on our website and go to "My Orders" or "Order History." Click on the specific order number to view and download your electronic receipt.
2. In Your Email: A copy of your sales receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided immediately after your order is confirmed. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
3. With Your Shipment: For international orders of engine and hydraulic parts, a simplified packing list or invoice is usually included inside or attached to the outside of the package for customs purposes.
Need a Commercial Invoice for Company Accounting?

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
If you need a receipt that excludes pricing information (a "Gift Receipt"), please use one of the following methods:
1. Leave a Note at Checkout: During the checkout process, look for the "Order Notes" or "Special Instructions" box. Simply type "Gift Receipt Required" or "No Prices on Receipt."
2. Contact Support Post-Purchase: If you have already placed your order, please contact our support team at Email: jiangronglin023@gmail.com with your Order Number immediately. We will ensure the price-sensitive documents are removed from the package.
3. Download via Account: You can also download a standard receipt from your Order History. If you need a version specifically without prices for your end customer, please request a custom PDF from our team.
Note for B2B Dealers: We understand many of our clients are resellers. We can provide neutral packaging (no branding) and price-free packing slips upon request to support your business.
How long do I have to return an order?
We offer a 14-day return window for most of our excavator parts, starting from the date of delivery.
• Standard Returns: You have 14 -days to request a return if you ordered the wrong part or no longer need it. To be eligible, the part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If a part (such as a hydraulic pump or engine component) is found to have a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please report it within 48 hours of receipt to fast-track your replacement or refund.
• Warranty Claims: For long-term quality issues, our engine and hydraulic series are covered by our Standard Warranty Policy 6 months, which is separate from the initial return window.
Note: Returns requested after the 14-day period will not be accepted. We recommend inspecting all parts immediately upon arrival to ensure they match your machine’s requirements
Payment Information
How is the recipient reimbursed?
All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase. The reimbursement process is as follows:
• Credit/Debit Card: If you paid by card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank. It typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
• PayPal: Refunds to PayPal accounts are usually processed within 24 hours after approval.
• Bank Wire Transfer (T/T): For large B2B orders paid via wire transfer, we will reimburse you via a return bank transfer. Please provide your official banking details to our finance department. Note that any intermediary bank fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Store Credit: Upon request, we can also issue the reimbursement as a store credit/coupon for your next engine or hydraulic part purchase, which is processed instantly.
Please Note: The reimbursed amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees or original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes, absolutely. To ensure financial security and comply with international anti-money laundering regulations, all refunds are automatically processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• For Credit/Debit Cards: The refund will be credited back to the same card.
• For PayPal: The funds will return to your PayPal balance or the linked card/bank account.
• For Bank Transfers (T/T): We will transfer the funds back to the original company bank account.
Things to keep in mind:
• Processing Time: While we issue the refund within 1-2 business days of approval, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the transaction on your statement.
• Transaction Fees: Please note that original transaction fees (e.g., small percentages charged by PayPal or credit card processors) or bank wire fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Yes, we can ship to a country different from the one used for the purchase. This is a common requirement for our international clients who manage construction projects or repair sites in multiple regions.
However, to ensure transaction security and prevent fraud, please note the following:
1. Verification for Large Orders: For high-value items like hydraulic pumps or engine assemblies, if the billing and shipping countries do not match, our risk management team may contact you for a brief verification.
2. Shipping & Customs: Delivery charges and transit times will be calculated based on the shipping destination. Please ensure the recipient's local tax ID or VAT number is provided to facilitate smooth customs clearance in the receiving country.
3. Payment Method Restrictions: Some payment providers (like certain credit card issuers) may flag transactions where billing and shipping addresses are in different countries. We recommend using PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) for such orders to ensure a smoother approval process.
How can I return an item?
Returning an item is simple, provided it meets our return eligibility criteria. To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please follow these steps:
1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

2. Technical Review
For engine and hydraulic components, our technical team will briefly review the request to ensure the part has not been installed or used. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.
3. Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging. For heavy parts like hydraulic pumps or injectors, please ensure they are padded securely (using the original wooden crate or reinforced box) to prevent damage during transit. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Item
Ship the package using a trackable shipping service. Unless the return is due to our error (wrong part sent), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated import duties.
5. Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the part at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you will receive a product that matches the specifications and quality of the one shown in our photos.
However, due to the technical nature of excavator engine and hydraulic parts, please keep the following in mind:
• 100% Fitment Guarantee: All our photos are taken from our actual stock or based on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) samples. While the part you receive will be functionally identical and a perfect fit for the models listed, there may be slight variations in surface finish, casting marks, or packaging due to different production batches.
• Color & Lighting: Minor color differences may occur due to photography lighting or your monitor’s display settings.
• Part Number Verification: In the machinery industry, the Part Number and Engine Serial Number (ESN) are the ultimate standards for accuracy. We prioritize matching the technical specifications over visual aesthetics.
Our Advice: If you have specific requirements regarding a part's appearance (such as a specific brand logo or casing color), please contact us before ordering. We can provide real-time photos or videos of the exact item in our warehouse before it is shipped.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
In most cases, yes. As a specialized supplier of engine and hydraulic parts, we maintain a rolling inventory. Here is how we handle out-of-stock items:
• Regular Stock Items: For common parts (like seal kits, injectors, or standard pumps), we restock frequently. You can click the "Notify Me When Available" button or contact us for an estimated arrival date.
• Specialized or Large Components: For rare engine parts or specific hydraulic assemblies, we may not keep them in constant stock. However, we can usually source them for you within 3-7 business days through our extensive factory network.
• Discontinued Parts: If a part for an older excavator model has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will do our best to offer a high-quality alternative or a remanufactured solution.
