At Xinxin Hydraulics, we offer professional global logistics solutions for heavy machinery parts to ensure your equipment is back in operation as quickly as possible.

1. PROCESSING TIME

• In-stock items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Special orders/Out-of-stock: For specific engine or hydraulic components not in immediate stock, processing may take 7-15 business days. We will notify you of the estimated lead time.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We provide multiple shipping options to balance cost and speed:
• Express Shipping (Air): (DHL, FedEx, UPS) Typically takes 5-10 business days. Recommended for urgent, smaller parts like injectors, sensors, or seal kits.
• Standard Air Freight: Typically takes 10-15 business days. Suitable for medium-weight engine parts.
• Sea Freight: Typically takes 30-50 days. Recommended for heavy items like hydraulic pumps, final drives, or complete engine assemblies to minimize shipping costs.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Real-time Quotes: For oversized or overweight hydraulic components, shipping costs may not be calculated at checkout. Please contact our team for a manual logistics quote.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

• All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country.
• Xinxin Hydraulics is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the recipient.
• For large B2B orders, please provide your Tax ID/VAT number to ensure smooth customs clearance.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Heavy engine and hydraulic parts are securely packed (often in wooden crates for sea freight).
• Important: Please inspect the package before signing for delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the crate or part, document it with photos and contact us within 24 hours.
